Product Description

This machine is suitable for producing PVC heat shrinkalbe plastic film,which is widely used for packaging food,garment, electronic products and daily necessaries,etc.

This machine adopts twice blowing system which leads to memory effect of plastic film.The machine can produce plastic film of good shrinking rate and high transparency.

Both the screw and cylinder are made from 38CRMOAL.Treated with nitridation,they have high hardness and strong corrosion resistance.

The die-head is made of steel no.45,plated with hard chrome and well polished. With the helical-core struture,it extrudes the fused material so evenly that the smoothness of film is good.

The labyrinth air-cooling set and circulating cooling water system lead to the best transparency of film.

The winder adopts center winder. Driven by torque motor, it has strengths of smooth winding and easy operation.
